To determine the best mechanical engineering schools for 2019 we took the weighted average of percentage ratings of examinees who passed the mechanical engineer licensure examinations in February and August this year. Note that the passing rates we used this year were similar to the PRC’s minimum rating of 80%, and a minimum of 10 examinees. Other factors of Local Pulse rankings are accessible here.

We then narrowed the list by incorporating crucial factors, such as the school’s total number of examinees for the year, and top-performing examinees.
